Challenge
A British-Thai couple approaching retirement had documents spread across the UK, Australia, and Thailand — with no clear system, some likely duplicates, and several gaps in important categories.
Program Used
Records Inventory Toolkit — adapted for a multi-country household. Two sessions instead of one, with additional support for digitising physical documents from overseas.

Memory & Story Workshop — held over one full afternoon with seven family members present. Prompt cards used in Thai and English, with the recording guide adapted for audio capture.
