These Terms and Conditions set out the basis on which Heirly provides its memory, records organisation, and family education programs to participants. By enquiring about or enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to the terms described here. Please read them at your own pace before proceeding. Our programs are educational and administrative in nature only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advisory services of any kind.

1. About Heirly

Heirly is an independent education and family facilitation organisation based in Chiang Mai, Thailand. We provide three distinct programs — Memory & Story Workshop, Records Inventory Toolkit, and Family Planning Education Program — all of which are offered as general educational and administrative services. Nothing in our programs, materials, or communications should be taken as personal legal, financial, taxation, or estate planning advice.

2. Program Descriptions

Each program has its own scope, which is described clearly on our website and in program materials. In summary:

3. Enrolment and Eligibility

Our programs are open to adults aged 18 and over. Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of your completed enquiry and payment of the applicable program fee. We reserve the right to decline an enrolment where a program is not suited to a participant's situation; in such cases any payment received will be returned in full.

Programs are conducted in English. Participants should have a comfortable working level of English to benefit fully from the materials and sessions.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are due prior to program commencement unless a specific payment arrangement is agreed in writing. Published fees are inclusive of program materials described in the program listing.

Fees do not include travel, accommodation, or any external professional services a participant may choose to engage separately. Heirly does not provide referrals or recommendations for third-party professionals.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that family circumstances can change. The following arrangements apply:
