Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: 14 May 2025 | Effective Date: 14 May 2025
These Terms and Conditions set out the basis on which Heirly provides its memory, records organisation, and family education programs to participants. By enquiring about or enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to the terms described here. Please read them at your own pace before proceeding. Our programs are educational and administrative in nature only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advisory services of any kind.
1. About Heirly
Heirly is an independent education and family facilitation organisation based in Chiang Mai, Thailand. We provide three distinct programs — Memory & Story Workshop, Records Inventory Toolkit, and Family Planning Education Program — all of which are offered as general educational and administrative services. Nothing in our programs, materials, or communications should be taken as personal legal, financial, taxation, or estate planning advice.
2. Program Descriptions
Each program has its own scope, which is described clearly on our website and in program materials. In summary:
- Memory & Story Workshop (฿3,500): A group session guiding families to capture and preserve personal histories using prompts and simple recording methods. Includes prompt cards, a recording guide, and a keepsake template. This is a memory and education service only.
- Records Inventory Toolkit (฿14,700): A guided administrative service helping families organise their own existing documents using templates and a structured filing approach. Includes template packs, a working session, and an upkeep checklist. We do not hold, store, or advise on the contents of documents.
- Family Planning Education Program (฿32,500): An educational program explaining general succession and record-keeping concepts, with neutral facilitation to support calm family conversations. Includes a workbook, facilitation guides, and ongoing group access. Content is educational and facilitative only.
3. Enrolment and Eligibility
Our programs are open to adults aged 18 and over. Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of your completed enquiry and payment of the applicable program fee. We reserve the right to decline an enrolment where a program is not suited to a participant's situation; in such cases any payment received will be returned in full.
Programs are conducted in English. Participants should have a comfortable working level of English to benefit fully from the materials and sessions.
4. Fees and Payment
All fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are due prior to program commencement unless a specific payment arrangement is agreed in writing. Published fees are inclusive of program materials described in the program listing.
Fees do not include travel, accommodation, or any external professional services a participant may choose to engage separately. Heirly does not provide referrals or recommendations for third-party professionals.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that family circumstances can change. The following arrangements apply:
- Cancellation 14 or more days before the scheduled session: Full fee returned, less a small administration handling charge of ฿500.
- Cancellation 7–13 days before the session: 50% of the fee returned.
- Cancellation fewer than 7 days before the session: The fee is non-returnable, though we will offer one rescheduled session at no additional charge where possible.
- Cancellation by Heirly: If we cancel a session for any reason, the full fee will be returned or an alternative date offered at your choice.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at [email protected] as early as possible.
6. Nature of Services — Important Notice

We make reasonable efforts to ensure programs are well-facilitated and materials are accurate and useful. However, we cannot accept responsibility for how families choose to apply general educational information in their personal circumstances.
